Readings	Terms Of Service
Age Restictions	Any person or persons under the age of 18 in the United Kingdom are restricted from recieving a psychic consultation. The booking form restricts any one under the age of 18 from booking an appointment. If at any point during the consultation it is suspected you the client are under the age of 18 I reserve the right to stop the consultation and issue a refund.
For Entertainment Only	The term for entertainment only simply means that the information you recieve is for your guidance and entertainment only. You accept responsibility to make your own decisions based on the information and guidance recieved.
Proffesional Advice	During the consultation you may ask questions on Legal, Health and Financial matters. The guidance your recieve from the consultation is for guidance only you must always consult a professional advisor before making any decisions.
Conduct During A Consultation	A consultation can be heart warming and very healing, however under United Kingdom Law no one under the influence of drugs or alchohol may have a psychic consultation. If it is supsected you the client are under the influence by way of: Becoming Abusive Behaving Erractically You the client may not be under the influence but the law states that this behaviour suggests otherwise and the following procedures are in place: I reserve the right to stop the reading and issue a refund. I reserve the right to stop the reading and rebook the appointment at a later time. I reserve the right to stop the reading and issue a partial refund based on the minutes already accumalated.
Payment	Payment can be made via Credit or Debit Card via Paypal or Barclays Secure Server. Payment over the phone by Credit and Debit Card can also be taken. All Major Credit and Debit Cards are accepted.
Rearrange A Reading	Rearrange a reading is easy. You will need your booking refenrence and you can visit Rearrange Reading.
Cancelling A Reading	Cancelling a reading is easy. If the booking is more than 24 hours from the date you want to cancel then canceling your booking is free and a refund will be processed within 24 hours. If your cancelling the booking inside the 24 hour period then there is a 25% cancellation fee. You will need your booking refenrence and you can visit Cancel Reading.
Refunding A Reading	A consultation is a service. At any time you the client do not feel we have a connection I will stop the consultation and refund you the client for the minutes not accumalated. It is you the clients responsibility to understand the information and express your concerns in a kind manner if the information recieved is not accurate to your knowledge. By your knowledge we mean validation of your own life which you know exactly is accurate for me to get a connection.

Courses	Terms Of Service
Age Restictions	There are no age restrictions on the courses
Cancelling A Course	All courses are priced at a fixed fee or donation. If you the student book a course and find your struggling the teacher will do everything to help. Under The Consumer Act 2015 you are not entiled to a refund unless the content is not up to standard or the teacher is not skilled. All the courses are taught by Industry Professionals with over 20 years experience of working with there craft in Television and Media industry. This means that content of the courses is to professional standard by expert teachers. If you have not started the course and the course date has not started yet then a full refund wil be processed.
Can not make a course date or missed the course date	The teacher will arrange a private tuiton for you at your convenience.

Prize Draw	Terms Of Service
Entry	Anyone can enter. Entry fee is £2.00 and the draw is on the last Sunday of every month. The draw will be done live on video on the web site. Each time you book a reading, course, event, giftvoucher, digital product or product your can enter free in the draw.
Prizes	Prizes are dfferent every month and The Official Site Of Lee Weaver reserve the right to change the prize of that month if it has no choice but to do so.
Disqualification	In the event you have been entered free into the draw through booking or purchasing one of the products of the site and you the customer cancels the product or The Official Site Of Lee Weaver agrees to cancel the course then all entries to the prize draw are null and void.
Continuation of Draw	In the the unlikely event that only one entrant has entered the draw in any one month then the draw will will continued to the next month.
Prize Delivery	All winners will be notfied by email they have been successful. If the prize is a reading then the reading will arranged there and then. If the prize is a giftvoucher then the winner will be emailed with the giftvoucher code. If the prize is a physical product then the winner will be emailed and asked for the address and delivery of the product is the responsibility of The Official Site Of Lee Weaver. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw result then if the client has paid to enter the money will be refunded automatically. If the customer was entered the prize draw for free and has not claimed there prize the draw will be redrawn.
Right To Cancel	If you have paid the entree fee and the draw has not been conducted that month you will have the right to cancel and a refund.

Digital Products	Terms Of Service
Availalbility	Once a digital product is purchased the download will be available immediately. If you are not a member of the site you will need your reference which ia available on your downloadable invoice or any emails you hve recieved. If you are member the downlaod will be in your account. You can download the product as many times as you wish.
Refunds	If you find the download is faulty a refund or replacement is applicable within 14 days of purchase.
Gift Vocuhers	Terms Of Service
Usage	Vouchers can be used to purchase any service or product where the checkout has a Use The Code option. You do not have to use the full value of the voucher in any one purchase. If the purchase value is less than the voucher amount the remainder will be the amount of the voucher left. If you have an account and you have valid gift vouchers the amount remaining wll be shown on the account.
Expiration	The Voucher code will not expire at anytime.
Refunds	The customer has upto 14 days of the purchase date to exercise there right to a refund of the voucher.
