How did you know you were psychic?

I actually did not know I was psychic until I was 28 years old.

I was going through a bad time with my ex relationship and going through a transition and prior to this happening in the year 2000 my grandfather passed away.
During the transition I was residing at my mothers and my grandfather spoke to me in my left ear as he always said 'Keep Smilin Kid'.

I told my mother what happened and she said Lee your grandfathers passed away thats impossible. My sister advised me to go to spiritual church and I performed my first reading and the organiser said he is a natural psychic medium.
